Your right to cancel

You have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel. You do not need to give a reason. Send a clear statement through our contact form, including your name, order number and the items you wish to return. Your statutory right to cancel does not require our approval.

Returning your order

Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Contact us for return instructions and the correct return address. Our business correspondence address is not automatically the return address.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. If handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning reduces their value, we may make a deduction where the law permits. We do not exclude your cancellation rights simply because a product is a bra.

Refunds

We refund eligible payments, including the cost of standard delivery if paid, to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. There is no refund administration fee. We may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. We make the refund within 14 days of that point, or within the applicable statutory deadline if no goods need to be returned.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and describe the problem. You retain your statutory rights, including the short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days where applicable, and rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund as provided by law. We cover necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect goods. Promotional and bundle purchases have the same statutory protection.
